Unique features

  • Invites and RSVPs in one place — one click invites the whole club, a team or a custom guest list, and members reply yes, no or maybe from the same PB360 app they already use to book courts and play.
  • A contribution list that fills itself in — guests claim what they'll bring to a potluck, or buy tickets and pledge donations for a fundraiser, so everyone can see at a glance what's covered and what's still needed.
  • One format for every occasion — the same Social event runs a casual cookout or a formal awards banquet, with optional themes, dress codes and a run-of-show added only when you want them.

How it works

  • A Social event has no competitive structure — no bracket, no scoring, no playoff round and no winner. The host sets the occasion, date, venue and an optional theme, sends invites, and PB360 tracks RSVPs, sends reminders and keeps a live headcount all the way to the day.
  • The host stays in control from start to finish — decide what guests contribute (a bring-a-dish list, a ticket, a donation or nothing at all), edit details and message attendees at any time, and keep RSVPs open for late additions until you choose to close them. The event ends when the host marks it complete, not at a fixed time.

Social Specifications

A Social event is the lowest-pressure way to bring your club together on PB360 — built for the potlucks, holiday parties, awards nights, fundraisers and mixers that happen off the court. There is no bracket, no scoring and no winner; the point is simply to gather your members, their families and guests in one place.

When you create a Social event, you set the occasion, the date, the venue and an optional theme, then invite the whole club, a team or a custom list. Members RSVP from the same app they use to book courts, and PB360 keeps a live headcount, sends reminders and — for potlucks — runs a contribution list so the menu fills itself in. The host runs the event without a spreadsheet or a group chat.

Because nothing is locked to a competition, you can grow or shrink the guest list right up to the day, change details and message everyone in seconds, and use the same format for anything from a casual cookout to a formal banquet. When it's over, you keep a clean record of who attended — the social side comes first, the data follows.
