Are there any hidden costs?
No. Start free, and you only pay the 5% commission once you collect participant fees — no setup fees and no contracts. Card processing is the one separate cost, charged by the payment processor at its standard rate.
Are card processing fees included in the 5%?
No. Card processing goes to the payment processor at its standard rate, the same as it would on any platform, and is separate from our 5%. We take our share only from the participant fees you collect.
When am I charged?
Only on the Professional plan, and only when you collect fees. The commission applies to the participant fees you bring in — nothing else.
Can I switch plans later?
