Ladder Specifications In the Ladder format, players are organized into several groups, each typically containing 4-8 players. Players are placed into these groups based on their DUPR ratings.

The games within each group are played in a round-robin format, meaning each team plays against every other team in their group. After completing the round-robin stage, players are ranked based on the points they’ve earned. The player with the highest points in each group gets promoted to the next higher group, while the player with the lowest points in each group gets demoted to the next lower group.

This process repeats over several stages, with groups being reformed after each stage based on the new rankings. The Ladder game is ideal for players who enjoy a structured progression and the challenge of climbing up the ranks through consistent performance.
